Our dinner was held at an assisted living facility and included a diverse group of people at different ages and stages. The conversation was rich with sharing of fears about how we may die and our choices as we face dying. There was palpable expression of emotion as we laughed and cried and shared what each of us needed to express and had no other place to say. There was relief and healing. Our plan is to continue offering these gatherings monthly.
